OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To: All Gudar Mammo Mezemer (GMM) Campus Students currently on Practical Attachment Subject: Update Regarding Practical Attachment Field Allowance Dear Students, As you are well aware, many of you are currently stationed at various research and study sites for your summer Practical Attachment program. We are fully aware that, up to this moment, you have not yet received your designated field allowances. As the Student Union, we have been actively and repeatedly raising this urgent concern with the Campus Management on your behalf. Following our latest discussion with the administration, they clarified that these funds are tied to the 2019 Fiscal Year budget. Because the Ministry of Education has not yet released this budget to the institution, the campus is currently unable to disburse the payments. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remain patient. We assure you that your allowances will be transferred to you immediately as soon as the Ministry of Education releases the funds. We truly understand the financial hardships and challenges you are facing out in the field. However, please be assured that the Student Union is closely monitoring and following up on this issue from all angles. We earnestly ask for your continued patience, and we will ensure that your funds are deposited into your accounts the moment they are released. Thank you for your resilience and understanding.
