Life has shown me: before you sell, make sure you can produce it 😂 So now we go around factories and make sure we can deliver 10 million a month. Build systems before scaling, not after 😎 I've always been in a situation where I can sell more than my partners can produce, but finally I have people around me who can produce more than I can sell, so now my goal is to beat their production speed, but now we talk about several tens of millions a month 🤪 Give me a few months 😂
