I made it to 40!!! 🎉🎉🎉 You know, I nearly joined the 27 club on this day. I had a serious accident falling off a scooter in London on my 27th birthday. That is a night I will never forget. I punctured my lung and ended up in the Queen Mary's hospital for a week. Lying there on the hospital bed, pumped up with morphine and watching the walls of the room melting down, I remember thinking that I need to get out of this city. Less than two months later, as I was getting ready to move out of London, this man walked into my life. I honestly think Richie is the biggest reason I had to live through that fall – I hadn't met my soulmate yet. With Richie, every day of my life is a blessing. Here's to the next 40 years of amazing adventures! 🙌🕊💖

Dear friends. I feel compelled to share this with you. All day today I have felt shivers down my spine. The last time I felt this kind of continuous shudder was in March 2020. The lord of chaos is striking. We need to organise ourselves. The level of strategic moves being made in the Middle East right now are so grave, that we could witness the entire worldwide energy infrastructure along with food security being seriously affected. I believe this war is the catalyst for a series of events leading governments to be surged into an entirely new world order, the fourth industrial revolution, technocracy. I hope I am wrong about this, but I feel it's about to be go time. Whatever we learnt through the last crisis will be brought into a test now. This time however, let us be ever more wise. No name calling, no scapegoats, no division. The strategy is collaboration. Only the weak communities get easily divided. If we prepare well and look after our neighbours, we have some ground to stand on. Even though it is chilling to sense what is to come, at the same time I feel we are here at this specific time for a reason. Maybe this crisis will actually blow up the bars of the prison us modern zoo humans have constructed around our lives. Maybe we are about to be taught a serious lesson in humility and the sanctitude of life. Maybe the things we take for granted are going to be taken away, so that we can learn to see what they are truly worth. Whatever happens, I know one thing. God is with us. May faith and wisdom bless our paths. 🔥

I decided to retract the article I referenced in the above post. The whole Epstein related content is so sick, nobody should have to fill their minds with it. It's getting too much now, and people's minds are getting very fragile from all of this dark content that is being shared online these days. I really don't want to be a part of the doomsday prophets, but if I can get even one person to stop eating pork with the post, it's hopefully worth me writing about the topic. Please remember to look after yourselves. There comes a time when we know enough, and we don't need to keep filling our minds with the crimes of the spiritually sick. All we really need to concern ourselves with is these questions: what am I going to do with the precious life I have been given, how can I be in service? And then give it our full attention and energy. I'm taking a lot of time offline these days, to connect with Nature and remind myself of my purpose here on this Earth. Maybe you could give yourself the permission to do the same? Turn off your notifications, go offline and take a break. You will notice, that outside of the screens, a more beautiful world awaits. WARNING! This is an extremely dark topic, but I have to comment on this. Did Jeffrey Epstein consume human meat? It's gut wrenching to read these kind of articles. And yet, I don't doubt for a moment that these psychopaths, child traffickers and rapists at the upper echelons of our societies wouldn't do it. I have been talking about it for years, but I have reason to believe there is an agenda to get regular people to consume human meat, as cannibalism is one of the worst spiritual corruptions for the soul. Everytime I hear a mention about "lab grown meat", it makes me think of aborted human cells and stem cells gathered form living people whose organs are being harvested for medical transplants. How can you actually verify the origin of such "meat"? But here's the ugly truth. Eating swine is actually not that far from cannibalism. And everone's already doing it. Think about it. Somehow bacon has become the object of obsession for the 21st century human. Why is it so addictive? And what about the porcine gelatin in all the children's candies? This is the scrapings from the slaughterhouse floor, containing boiled pig cartilage, bone and skin. Again, insanely addictive. The same ingredient is also being used as a stabiliser in vaccines. Pigs are anatomically so similar to humans, that it is actually possible to transplant their hearts, lungs, kidneys and livers into a human being now, with the help of gene-editing. This is called xenotransplantation, and it is a field that is massively on the rise, as hundreds of thousands of people are queuing up for a transplant in the midst of an organ shortage. How far is this going to go? Also their intestines are so similar, that live pigs are used to teach surgical techniques and gastrointestinal operations to medical students. Pig skin is so similar to human skin, that it's being used by tattoo artists as a practice skin. Even look at their eyes, they look human. Not to forget the fact that many spiritual traditions teach that pigs are an "unclean" animal. From Quranic teachings to Amazonian tribes, pig is the one animal nobody should eat. Seriously, why is that? After 10,000 years of animal agriculture, many things which could be considered sheer blasphemy have become the norm. While people are wracking their brains trying to figure out what the code word "jerky" in Epstein's emails refers to, could we actually look at what kind of eating practices and frankenstein operations are already taking place in our societies among the regular folk? *Feb 16th, 2026: Link to article retracted, as I actually don't recommend anyone reading it.*

They're quick, clever, tenacious and might I say cute. I have always felt affinity with them, regardless of them being considered a "pest". Perhaps that is something we activists share with these creatures - some people get triggered by our presence. 😅

I just visited the Berlin wall and found the serendipitous graffiti someone has made with a message "Dawn of Peace" and a vision of a white dove rising with the Sun. The logo I drew has an olive branch in the mouth of the dove, but otherwise this image is very similar. I am blown away at the synchronicity. Thank you to the artist who painted this! It's incredible to think back to everything humanity has already lived through, including the Berlin wall.. I pray we are growing beyond such segregation, betrayal, traumatisation and totalitarianism. May we unite and co-create the dawn of peace on this Earth. 🕊

This gives me a lot of encouragement to actually start creating content again, without feeling any kind of pressure, because what I've been daunted by is the idea of having my face glued on the screen again, like in the scamdemic times when I was literally posting stuff all the time – out of sheer necessity I may add. That was an INSANE period we lived though. I reckon there is a golden middle way I can find, being active while also having strong boundaries with the virtual world.
