defi is in a really weird state right now because even private LPers and insiders (well, they thought they were insiders) in DeFi are getting rugged by founders without any pause why? because for these devs/founders waging legal battles and the prospect of going to prison for financial fraud is still better than spending the rest of their lives in the permanent underclass ask yourself - will this change anytime soon? will we ever revert to 2020/2021 defi rules? will we see better conditions for the average joe toiling away with the damocles sword that is AI job replacement looming over their head? will appetite for THIS SPECIFIC KIND OF RISK return? if you do not have automated scripts and AI bs monitoring utilization %s and curves, smart contract changes and commands being executed, so you can yeet your money right away - its just not worth it when you could be gambling on perps instead and maybe get a pittance of an airdrop somewhere defi remains garbage for the foreseeable future
