ዴጃ ቩ (Déjà Vu)፡ አእምሯችን አዲስን ነገር "ከዚህ በፊት አይቼዋለሁ" ብሎ ለምን ያስበናል? Aug 17, 2026 "ቆይ...ይህ ቦታ ከዚህ በፊት የመጣሁበት ይመስለኛል!" "ይህን ውይይት ከዚህ በፊት ያደረግነው ይመስለኛል!" እንደዚህ ዓይነት ስሜት ተሰምቶህ ያውቃል? ይህ ክስተት ዴጃ ቩ (Déjà Vu) ተብሎ ይጠራል። "Déjà Vu" የሚለው ቃል ከፈረንሳይኛ የተወሰደ ሲሆን "አስቀድሞ የታየ" ማለት ነው። ብዙ ሰዎች ይህን ስሜት ከሚስጥራዊ ኃይሎች፣ ከቀደመ ሕይወት ወይም ከወደፊት ትንቢት ጋር ያያይዙታል። ነገር ግን የዘመናዊው የሥነ-ልቦናና የነርቭ ሳይንስ ጥናቶች ይህ በአንጎል ውስጥ የሚፈጠር የትውስታ ሂደት መዛባት እንደሆነ ያመለክታሉ። ዴጃ ቩ ምንድን ነው? ዴጃ ቩ ማለት አሁን እየተከሰተ ያለን ነገር ቀድሞ እንዳጋጠመን የሚሰማ ጠንካራ የመተዋወቅ ስሜት ነው። ይህ ስሜት ብዙውን ጊዜ ለጥቂት ሰከንዶች ብቻ ይቆያል፤ ከዚያም እንደመጣ ይጠፋል። ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት ከ60–70% የሚሆኑ ሰዎች በሕይወታቸው ቢያንስ አንድ ጊዜ ዴጃ ቩ ያጋጥማቸዋል። ሳይንስ ምን ይላል? የሥነ-ልቦና ተመራማሪዎች ዴጃ ቩን ለማብራራት በርካታ ሐሳቦችን አቅርበዋል።
