The bar chart illustrates the proportion of females from the 16-25 age group who are involved in either playing or watching certain sports in a particular country. Overall, participation and viewing preferences vary significantly. While tennis and basketball attract the largest audiences, sports like basketball, tennis and golf dominate participation rates. Conversely, the remaining activities like gymnastics, badminton and horse riding draw notably fewer viewers and participants. Notably, the most significant disparity between participating and watching can be seen in golf and especially tennis. As for watching, tennis attracts the largest audience, at 60%, followed closely by basketball, which draws around 55% of the viewers. The remaining sports, however, are significantly less popular, with gymnastics watched by one-fifth and golf by one-tenth of the female audience. Badminton and horse riding/racing see the lowest viewing rates, showing only 10% each. This stands in notable contrast to participation rates, with the highest figure seen in basketball at 50%. Tennis and golf come second, enjoying the same number of participants, at 30%. Badminton, gymnastics, and horse riding/racing, however, attract considerably smaller shares of sportswomen, with their respective figures standing at just over 10%, approximately 8% and a mere 2%. #jamshidwrites #task1 @ieltsissues @ieltsissues
