The 2025 placement season at IIIT Sri City showcased promising results, with 180 out of 247 eligible students placed through on-campus opportunities. This translates to a solid 81.44% placement rate, reflecting the growing demand for the institute’s graduates. The average CTC on campus stood at ₹18.92 LPA, with a median CTC of ₹15 LPA and a minimum of ₹8 LPA. The total batch strength stands at 320, of which several students were ineligible due to backlogs, CGPA below 6, higher studies, or violations of placement policy. These students were not considered in the placement count. An additional 20–25 students secured jobs off-campus, pushing the actual number of placed students to 200+. With these included, the overall average CTC rises to an impressive ₹20–21 LPA, highlighting the strength of the batch beyond formal placement figures.
