😁.... I really thought till this time that for the texture they will make makeup for Troy... and make a photoscaning. But then I opened diffuse texture and saw this.... No, I mean — sure, with the Metallic/Roughness setup it will look... okay in the camera and in-game environment, but seeing that gold paint literally slapped on this carelessly with a some... 'Photoshop brush"? for a AAA character… that’s a first for me. What did this character to deserve that kind of hate from the creators?😭

Guys, over the weekend I messed around with the new Sam Bridges model from DS2 (private room look) in Blender. The model is without textures — I’ll have to set those up manually later — but even like this you can already appreciate the insane hyperrealism and the topology overall. My channel is international and I make content for a global audience, but I’ve added very high-quality subtitles that can be automatically translated into ANY language, and the text will still come through clearly without losing meaning or technical details. 👨‍🦳 I’m looking for someone who shares the same passion for the ideas, aesthetics, and philosophy of the Death Stranding universe — someone who, like I once did, wants to keep this channel (maybe VK page too) alive in the same repository-style format, purely on enthusiasm. Unfortunately, over this summer I’ve realized that I simply can’t manage this anymore. I don’t want to abandon these repositories — I’ve poured years of effort into them — but forcing myself to push through, reflect, and post while struggling internally would be dishonest both to the loyal audience and to myself. And nothing good would come from that in the end. I’m also ready to accept possible unfollows, confusion, or even criticism — like, “but you’re the one who brought us here and led this community!” I know. But the truth is, I no longer feel like I’m truly part of this fandom, even though I still create content related to it.
