Students who meet the eligibility criteria are requested to complete this form for verification purposes. Eligibility Criteria * Local students who have paid RM1,000 registration fee; OR * International students who have paid RM2,000 registration fee; AND * Have NO outstanding tuition fees or other outstanding payments. Important Information 1.The revised minimum registration payment will remain in effect. Students who have already paid the revised minimum amount will not be entitled to any refund. 2.Students who signed the petition may submit an appeal to register by paying the previous minimum registration amount. 3.The registration period has been extended until Wednesday, 5 August 2026, to allow sufficient time for the appeal process and registration. IMPORTANT NOTICE In addition to completing this form, all eligible students are required to submit an appeal letter addressed to the Bursary Department requesting consideration under the revised registration fee arrangement. Deadline for submission: Friday, 31 July 2026, 5:00 PM. Students who fail to submit the appeal letter by the stated deadline may not be considered for this arrangement.
