Anyone can come to the ceremony but dinner will only be served to those who have tokens

Reminder Assalamu Alaikum, All students are requested to come to the university on 15th August to collect their dinner and refreshment tokens from the ground floor library between 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Please note that no tokens will be distributed on 16th August. Students who fail to collect their tokens on 15th August will not be able to receive them later. Incase if you fail to collect tokens you cant get the dinner and refreshments. Important Update – Entrance Tokens Final deadline for adding/paying for guests: Today at 6 PM. No additions after this time. Dinner arrangements were finalized last night at 11 PM with Dr. Khurshidi. Tokens can only be collected on Saturday during the announced time. No tokens will be issued after Saturday; remaining tokens will be destroyed. Everyone must collect a token, including participants with no guests. Tokens will have a university seal + special code and cannot be duplicated. If someone else collects your token, you must authorize them through a message/call. However, the original person remains responsible for any issues. If you fail to collect your token on Saturday, you are responsible for any entrance problems. Please make sure you collect your token on time. No exceptions after Saturday.

Just a quick clarification: unlike previous ceremonies, no one will be allowed to enter Razi Hall without a valid entrance pass. Passes will be checked at the entrance. Dinner and refreshments will also be distributed only against their respective tokens, so please don’t tell anyone that they can attend without paying or without a pass. I’ll make sure the system is properly followed so we can maintain the decorum and smooth organization of the ceremony.

I’m not sure how much I’m allowed to reveal yet… 👀 But let me just say this: 16th August is going to be VERY different from what you’re expecting. There are a few things being arranged behind the scenes… things we’ve never had in our ceremonies before. 🎤 Two countries. One stage. 🌍 Important guests from different countries. 🤫 Some very special names. ✨ And a few more surprises that I’m not going to reveal yet.
