While checking out this news found out that Tenor was originally built/owned by Frank Nawabi, and a while back google acquires it. then now google is killing access to the tenor api, the other major alternative is KLIPY. and guess what, Frank is a co-founder there. and another thing, KLIPY is also joining the Google AI Futures Program.

Demo Gif searching has been shit the past few days... turns out telegram used Tenor, a gif service owned by Google and they discontinued its API access to everyone on June 30. read it here.

You can customize it as you want but I suggest you don't do that and use it as it is for some time.

Also I have been testing this a time tracking software for 3ish months. and I love it. super productivity. (Not a fan of the name) Has a looot of features but I just used the time tracking and github issues to tasks feature. Ena there is keyboard shortcuts for everything. Has also mobile app and to sync across devices you can use onedrive. You can customize it as you want but I suggest you don't do that and use it as it is for some time.
