The line graph compares the price of bananas across four countries from 1994 to 2004. Overall, while banana prices in Japan and The USA increased, the reverse was true for France and Germany. Notably Japan maintained its position as the highest banana prices, despite a rose over the given period. Focusing on Japan and The USA banana prices in both countries increased, albeit at varying rates. Starting at around $1.80 in 1994, banana prices in Japan rose dramatically to a peak of nearly $3.00 per kg in 1995, but this was followed by a considerable fall to $2.00 in the next year. Following slight fluctuations until 2002, the figure rose again to $2.50 in the final year. In contrast, the cost of banana in The USA was significantly cheaper, at around $0.70 per kg in 1994. After a moderate increase to $1.20 in 1995, the price remained more or less unchanged by the end of the period, following some fluctuations. As for France and Germany, the price of bananas followed somewhat similar patterns throughout. Banana price in the former country remained stable at approximately $1.70 until 1997, after which it started fluctuating and ended the period at around $1.60. Similarly, the price of bananas in Germany was close to $1.50 at the beginning, a figure that then experienced a slight dip to around $1.30 by the end of the period.

Hosting international sports events has become a subject of considerable debate. While some people argue that it is harmful for the environment, I believe that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks because they stimulate economic growth and promote cultural exchange. Proponents of the view that hosting international sports events has become more harmful to the environment s cite various reasons to support their stance. For one thing, they believe that large numbers of tourists can generate a significant amount of waste, resulting in environmental pollution. Another significant argument is that visitors might be threaten culture values. A good case in point, they might offend cultural customs and dismiss cultural sensitivities and social tension and disrupt community harmony. As compelling as these arguments are, other, including myself, believe that hosting international sports events offer many advantages for the government. On of the primary benefits is that it promotes economic development, for example increased spending on food, accommodation, and entertainment. In light of this, local business develop – employment. In addition to this, hosting international sports events are benefits profit and cultural exchange. Although some people cannot speak other language, but they foster their interaction with foreign people about different things. As a result, this process encourages greater cultural awareness and mutual understanding among people from different backgrounds. In conclusion, while some people argue against the hosting international sports events, I am of the view that it plays an important role in develop employment and cultural exchange.
