Dear friends! From Monday 12.02.2024 the Dean’s office ( English medium) reception time is temporarily reduced by half an hour and ends at 4:30 p.m. Visiting hours: 1 p.m. till 4:30 p.m. Thanks for understanding and please take this info in consideration to plan your visit.

Transfer instruction: If you are transferring to another university in Russia you must fulfill following requirements: 1. Pay tuition fees for the semester (remaining money will be refunded after dismissal order,when you submit application for refund). 2. Provide original document in paper variant where university states that they are accepting your transfer. It should be signed by vice-rector and have blue stamp. * If somebody else is signing this document, then you need to provide letter of attorney that the person has the right to sign documents (scan is enough). 3. Write request to be dismissed due to transfer to another university (available at Google drive). Detailed information you can get in the Dean’s office.     Keep in mind that it takes one week to issue the order at KFU. So please provide documents in paper variant in advance so you are not charged for following month.   NB! You can transfer only when you are a student of university. If you are dismissed, you can not transfer.

Dismissal Explanation Dismissal for not fulfilling study plan/not paying tuition fee. STUDY:If the student doesn’t pass discipline (after 3rd chance),then she/he will get notification of dismissal in the kpfu e-mail. The order is issued on the 10th day (calendar) from the date notification was sent. PAYMENT: If the student does not pay according to the dates stated in contract,it is reason for dismissal. The student gets notification of dismissal in the kpfu e-mail. The order is issued on the 10th day (calendar) from the date of notification. Take jn consideration that it usually takes 3-4 working days till money comes to university account from the bank. If you did receive notification in the e-mail and as soon eliminated the debt,make sure to come with receipt to accountant office to Alsu in order to avoid conflict situation with dismissal. After the order is issued,International office within 3 working days sends information about dismissal of international student to Migration service. Starting from the dismissal order date,student has 14 days to leave Russia.

Reminder! Additional session for winter session will be: 2nd chance:19.02-4.03.2024 3rd chance (comission with 3 teachers):5.03-20.03.2024 Student has 3 chances to pass exam/zachet for discipline: 1st during regular session 2nd and 3rd during additional session. Failure at 3rd chance- legal reason for dismissal.

Dear 1st course students! 1st semester controls of Anatomy (myology,osteology and articular system)are taken by teacher of the 1st semester,even if in the 2nd semester you had another teacher. Group leaders should contact 1st semester teacher of Anatomy for details about dates of controls. Students must be ready for the 1st session of Anatomy. Please use Thematic plan and learn Lesson 1 (splanchnology,digestive system) of the 2nd semester plan.

1st course students! For the 1st lab of ‘Anatomy’ you need to prepare the 1st task (homework) of thematic plan.
