There are several reasons why you need to read Mastery One - if you don’t know what to do in life in terms of careers and sort of lost in a job that you do not really like. The book can provide a practical framework on how to find alignment with what your core skills are. Two - if family, society, your peers often refer to you as strange, unsure person. Through anecdotes and stories of unique masters, the book can provide you with confidence, a healthy degree of healthy self-awareness. Three - if you think you are lazy and not really finishing what you start. Mastery will give you examples of hard work in a variety of domains and you will understand the value of meaningful diligence Four - if you simply want to read a book that will make you smarter, I highly recommend considering the inclusion of Mastery in your future reading list

  • To practice writing - a good idea is to write what you think on a piece of paper or a notepad, deliberately abstain from reading the comment section and, if needed, check it only having watched the video

  • I've just realized that we tend to read the comment section to kind of check what other people think and to check whether what I think about a video is aligned with the thoughts of others. Kind of we are check the following question "Do I belong to the tribe or not?"

  • An unfair advantage is a competitive upper hand, and your set of unfair advantages is unique to you. It’s more than just a unique selling point, it’s a fundamental leg-up over the competition, and sometimes it’s not one that is ‘earned’ or worked for.

  • Some people believe in faking it, until you are making it. I firmly believe in making it so you don't have to fake it

  • I guess I'll plan my 7th IELTS test for January 2027

  • Sometimes I produce decent answers - this was written 3 years ago I guess

  • I haven't been teaching for two days and now I starting to feel withdrawal symptoms - not complete withdrawal though. Today coming back to teaching
