Happy National Best Friend Day! Dear, 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒍 𝑬𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, the person who has seen me at my absolute worst and still chose to stay, thank you. I'm grateful that our paths crossed. Thank you for being the quiet, steady home where I can always go when the world gets too loud. Thank you for listening to every single one of my struggles, for bearing with all my rants about life, and for never making me feel like I’m "too much" when I’m having a hard time. You’ve become my safe harbor, the one place where I can just breathe and be completely, unapologetically myself. From the moments where we were shaking with laughter to the ones where we were wiping away tears, you’ve been the constant rhythm in my life. I'm so incredibly lucky that I don't have to face the highs or the lows alone, we’ve done it all together. I wish that this friendship stays exactly this way forever, we keep growing, keep experiencing everything life has to throw at us, and keep staying this close until we’re old and gray.
