📌 सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ कहा है— 👉 अगर कोई जाँच अधिकारी किसी केस में जाँच के दौरान सबूत से छेड़छाड़ करता है या पीड़ित/गवाह को धमका कर जाँच को गलत दिशा देने की कोशिश करता है, तो उस जाँच अधिकारी के खिलाफ भी एफआईआर दर्ज कर जाँच कराई जा सकती है। ⚖️ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने टिप्पणी की— “जांच करने वालों की भी कई बार जांच किए जाने की जरूरत पड़ती है।” 🚨 इस आदेश में सीबीआई के खिलाफ भी जांच के आदेश दिए गए हैं। अब पीड़ित पक्ष भ्रष्ट जाँच अधिकारियों पर भी कार्रवाई करा सकते हैं।
