Jeremy Tremaine Williams offered Holland’s mother, Kristy Siple, $2,500 for Holland, so he could force her to perform sexual acts, according to authorities. Holland died on Dec. 13, 2021, after being raped and strangled by Williams, authorities said. The next day, police who had been searching for Holland after Siple reported her missing, found Holland’s body covered by a tarp and insulation in the back of a 15th Avenue home in Phenix City. The Alabama Department of Corrections executed Williams by lethal injection Thursday night, three months after he had waived his right to appeal to expedite his death. His execution lasted 23 minutes, beginning at 5;53 p.m. CDT.
