Key Responsibilities : 1. Conduct inspections of scaffolding before use, during operation, and after modification or dismantling. 2. Ensure all scaffolding structures comply with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations. 3. Verify scaffolding erection complies with approved designs and method statements. 4. Implement and maintain scaffolding tagging systems (Green Tag, Red Tag, etc.). 5. Conduct routine and periodic inspections across all work areas. 6. Identify unsafe conditions, defects, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. 7. Maintain inspection records, checklists, and reports. 8. Report critical findings and scaffolding-related incidents to the HSSE Supervisor. Qualifications : 1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Inspector or Scaffolding Supervisor. 2. Experience in EPC, EPCC, Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction Projects is highly preferred. 3. A valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate issued by Kemnaker or Migas is mandatory. 4. Good understanding of scaffolding standards and construction safety requirements. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 6. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 7. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, as daily communication will involve expatriate personnel. 8. Willing to work at Project Site – Teluk Bintuni, West Papua. 9.
