A total of 17 domestic and global investors, including HDFC AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Axis Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, DSP Mutual Fund and Tata Mutual Fund, bought the entire stake. 🤙 Urban Company: SBI Mutual Fund bought 3.15 crore shares, representing 2.04% stake, for Rs 428.4 crore, adding to its existing 6.59% stake. Meanwhile, VYC11, VY EM2, Accel India IV and Bessemer India Capital Holdings collectively sold significant stakes in the company. 🤙 RPP Infra Projects: Diva Projects acquired an additional 8.48 lakh shares at Rs 58.88 per share for Rs 4.99 crore, taking its total stake purchase to 5.1% over the last three sessions.
