Откуда взялось слово SPAM? Знаете ли вы, что слово spam изначально вообще не имело отношения к интернету? В 1937 году американская компания Hormel выпустила мясные консервы SPAM. Во время Второй мировой войны их отправляли американским и союзным войскам, и продукт стал очень известным. Но как консервы превратились в название для нежелательных сообщений? В 1970 году в шоу Monty Python’s Flying Circus вышел знаменитый скетч, где слово SPAM постоянно повторялось и буквально заглушало разговор. Позже это слово начали использовать в интернете для сообщений, которые приходят снова и снова и мешают нормальному общению.
