NEW: 6 people are dead in connection to a homicide investigation in Winfield, Kansas. Winfield police confirmed that four children and one woman were shot and killed by a male suspect on Tuesday. In the press briefing, police said that officers received a call at 8:50 a.m. from a man who said he had killed his entire family and was going to kill himself. When officers arrived at the scene, they heard a gunshot. After breaching the front door, they found that the suspect, Ronald H. Williams Sr., was dead. Officers also found 44-year-old Kelly L.
