25 things i learned by 25 1. The way you talk to yourself in your head is SO important than anything else in life. 2. When you take ownership of everything that happens to you, and live life like its 100% in your control, you feel happier. 3. Pouring fat down the sink will clog it. 4. inversion is a powerful mental tool that breaks you out of downward spirals. 5. if you cant say something bad about your group, or you cant say something good about the other side, you're brainwashed. 6.
