Process of your relocation by steps: Part 2 5. After you receive scanned copies of the documents from us — the work permit and additional documents — you must first sign the documents where indicated for the worker’s signature, and then translate them. We cantt do the translation because we process thousands of documents from different countries, so it is not possible to translate documents for everyone. 6. You must book an appointment at the Embassy and apply for the visa by yourself. If you can't do it by yourself, you have to get a visa agent in your country, who knows how to prepare full package of documents for a work visa. We assist only with visa applications for Hungary and Slovakia for applicants who apply at Embassies in India, due to Embassy requirements. Application Process for Serbia with visa support 🇷🇸 1. Send us a copy of your passport and your educational documents by email spolkasukces2022@gmail.com. 2. Pay the service fee for starting a process for you. Full payment for everything is 650€ (450€ work permit + 50€ visa fee + 150€ translation of your documents to Serbian language). A first payment is 250€ prepayment for work permit and 150€ translation of documents. 3. We submit your work permit application. Within 3 days it will be issued. 4. We send your documents for translation by an officially authorized court translator. 5. We send you the visa application form. You complete it and send it back to us. 6. After receiving your work permit you have to make a second payment is 200€ for work permit and 50€ visa fee. 7. The company does online group submission to obtain a visa for their workers. 8. We have to wait for a letter from the Embassy to the employer's email address within 2 months time. 9. The Embassy sets a date for an interview at the Embassy office. 10. A worker goes to the Embassy for an interview and visa stamp. 11. It is necessary to have full package of documents for obtaining a visa (read post Visa Application). 12. After your arrival, we submit your documents for a residence permit.
