  • It wasn't smooth as silk, but all the readings and picks were correct. ✅ Bosnia covered +21 without losing more than 20 at any point. Jokic and Jovic played superb games, and Serbia showed their A-level performance, but line was indeed too high. ✅ Slovenia +11.5 & Hungary to win combo nailed as well. But Slovenia played terrible game. I thought it would be 50/50 game, but Larsson was unstoppable. Still +11.5 was solid combo option. ✅ Even leanings were good. 🙈😁🙈 France vs Finland over points ✅ Netherlands +13 ✅ Czech-Estonia under points ✅ Croatia double digit win ✅ Germany/Turkey/Latvia 20+ wins ✅ It's impossible to get it right every time, but it's nice to end like this. See you guys in 50 days in time for the next FIBA qualy window. Until then, enjoy holidays & vacations, and cheers. 🍻

  • Monday Games: Serbia vs Bosnia -If I need to pick one single to ride with today, it would be Bosnia +21. They played neck-to-neck game with Turkey that has all players in this window. Had Sipahi miss that 3-pointer with 90seconds to go, Bosnia would have a shot to win it. If we remove Jokic, Jovic and Avramovic, this Serbia roster is mostly ABA League level players. And Bosnia have 5-6 ABA League level players + NBA Garza. It shouldn't be 20.5 line. I believe Serbia will win, but I would put line around 11.5 - 13.5. DOUBLE CHOICE: Hungary to win & Slovenia +11.5 Slovenia vs Sweden -If I need to pick double for tomorrow, safest pick for me is Slovenia +11.5. Of course, Bosnia +27.5 on 1.35 line is the best of the best. But apart from Bosnia, I think Slovenia will cover +11.5. Prepelic should be back for this game (I didn't double check, you can), and Sweden isn't that kind of powerhouse to destroy Slovenians at road. Larsson is NBA player, Birgander and Pantzar are good ACB players, but Slovenia have 5-6 ACB level players. And they need to win. With 3-3, they'll have extremely hard task to qualify for the World Cup without Doncic for the last four qualifying games. For me, this is 50/50 game where I lean toward Slovenia, so +11.5 is juice. Hungary vs Belgium -If you go with Bosnia at single, and you don't want to mix the same game on single & double pick, third best option is Hungary to win. Odds are 1.38 at the moment. Hungary need this one. Belgium is already eliminated and I don't see their huge motivation here. For Hungary, it's huge difference. With 3-3, they would stay alive for the next phase. With 2-4, their chances would be only theoretical. All wins from phase 1 and carried into the second phase. Germany-Cyprus / Turkey-Switzerland / Latvia-Austria -Three games without context. Home teams will win by 20+ points almost certainly. If you bet on these games, probably the only smart bet is UNDER points on player props on best players like Schroder, Sengun, Lomazs, etc... I doubt they will spend more than 15 minutes on the court. Maybe not even that much. Croatia vs Israel -Nothing smart here. Croatia have all the best players. Israel is missing 7-8 out of 10 best players. And Croatia took seriously this qualifiers after missing two consecutive World Cups and last EuroBasket with top 10 roster in Europe. They are not joking around this time, so double digit win by Croatia is the most likely outcome. But to bet on -10 at 1.30 odds is risky for me. Czech Republic vs Estonia -This is coin toss. If I need to pick something, I would pick under 167.5 points. If you were here on this chat for last year's Eurobasket, you will remember my comments about Czech Republic-Portugal game. I wouldn't bet on this, but under 167.5 feel safer than back any of these teams to win. Poland vs Netherlands -Have no clue here either. Should be Poland by double digits. But Netherlands are 2-3 with both wins at road. Maybe they could cover +13 in Latvia although they miss Franke and N'Guessan. Skip this! France vs Finland -Both teams are 4-1 with great chances to qualify for the World Cup. Honestly, game of the day to watch... But to bet? Naturally, France have a couple of NBA players, and couple of great EuroLeague players. They are huge favorites on the paper. But how to write off Finland powered by Markkanen? Last year, they played EuroBasket semifinals eliminating Serbia on the way. I wrote preview on the Sphere: https://basketballsphere.com/en/france-vs-finland-preview-prediction-jul-06-2026/ Bottom line: -I like Bosnia very much to cover +21 and super like +27.5 for double. -I think Slovenia +11.5 is excellent double choice. And if I need to pick something else, it would be Hungary to win (they need a win) but I am not super confident there like for Bosnia & Slovenia.

  • These FIBA Qualifiers are crazy as hell. -Lithuania ❌ They had 80-68 with four minutes to go, but they managed to blew it. Odds closed at 1.28, so 1.72 (in the moment I wrote here) were huge value. -Romania +8.5 & under 155.5 points was good SameGame combo. ✅ -Greece vs Portugal ended in under. ✅ But... 🙈🤣 How to explain this outcome? Portugal were blown away at home against crippled Montenegro side, and then three days later they destroy Greece at road. Hilarious. -Iceland won. ✅ Like I've said, these "win or go home" games Iceland usually win, and Britain lost ton of these games in the last five years. Anyway, Iceland +11.5 easy double, and it would be winner with Romania +13.5 in combo. ✅ -Georgia actually found a way. They clicked... After being down by 22, they won a game. Ukraine easy win. Had Lithuania secured a win (with +12 68-80 lead), this would be clean sweep of readings. 🙃

  • Sometimes, it works this way. I thought July 2nd games are better to bet on, but actually, I've nailed with July 3rd games readings. Basically, all the games went in (good) direction. Both Sweden & Estonia destroyed their opponents, so no surprises there. Finland also covered -6.5 although it was difficult in the end after having +14 with a couple of minutes to go. Netherlands covered everything against Latvia. Germany won as well, and Belgium-France stayed under. Only Austria didn't cover +22.5, but everything else were on point. ✅ Let's see what July 5th offers. Italy vs Lithuania -This is a game where I believe the biggest value lies. I super like 1.70+ odds on Lithuania to win. Of course, anything can happen, but from roster standpoint, I believe Lithuania have 8-10 points advantage. So when you cut 3-points on home court advantage, it's still 4-5 points value on Lithuania to win. They have Valanciunas at center, Tubelis at power forward, NBA players in Buzelis and Jakucionis. And I admire Sargiunas more than any Italy backcourt player. Plus there is also Brazdeikis, Radzevicius, Velicka, Blazevic and Normantas as solid 2nd unit. That Lithuanian 2nd unit is al pari with Italy starting lineup. No Fontecchio, Melli, Niang, Diouf, Pajola, Thompson, and couple of more Italian players. Head coach Banchi is absent due to private reasons. It's Lithuania game to lose. And if they lose, they are two-game behind Italy and worse H2H. That means that only shot for World Cup spot would be to finish ahead of Serbia, and they would start the next phase with one win less. I mean, 1.70 on Lithuania to win is pure value. For me, realistic line should be around 1.35 - 1.40. And if they find a way to lose this game, they are in bigger problem than me with losing one unit. 😃 Montenegro vs Romania -It's stupid to bet on Montenegro to win with this roster at 1.20 odds. But also, it's completely imaginable for them to win easily. What I like is under 155.5 points. And maybe combo Romania to cover +8.5 & under 155.5 points make sense. This should be ugly & closely contested battle. Both teams need this win. Romania need a win to advance in the next phase, and Montenegro need that 4th win because all the results are carried into the next phase. It's huge difference for them whether they'll start next phase with 4-2 or 3-3 record. Great Britain vs Iceland -Iceland screwed me against Italy this week, but I think this is 50/50 battle. And from recent history, this is kind of a game that Iceland win, and Great Britain lose. I think +5.5 on Iceland is good bet for this game, and Iceland +11.5 as combo pick is excellent option. Georgia vs Spain -I don't get it what's wrong with Georgia. You shouldn't lose by 60 combined in three games with Ukraine & B-team of Spain. With Shengelia, Reed, and now Bitadze... This very same team (+Mamukelashvili) eliminated A-team Spain and France at previous EuroBasket. So in normal circumatances, I would bet on Georgia here to cover +9 at home, but something is wrong there. Maybe they click in this game, and finally put show on the court, but I would stay away from this one. Denmark vs Ukraine -Ukraine will win this one. But there is no smart bet here. Greece vs Portugal -After Romania fiasco, I think Greece will get job done here. I think Portugal won't surpass 65 points, so if Greece win by 89-64, it's 153 points, and it would stay under 153.5. And I doubt Greece will score 89. So if I need to pick, I would go with under. But not a game to bet on. So, for single pick I only like Lithuania to win against Italy. And I super like Iceland +11.5 as combo option, but I don't know what is the best game to pair with. Maybe Romania +13.5, but they played completely different at home & at road in these qualifiers. If I would go with Romania +13.5, it would be with a thought that this Montenegro roster cannot beat anyone by 14. And yet, they were up 17 at road against Portugal at one point, so I am not smart here. You have my point of you for all games, so your decision for second combo game. 😁

  • Bottom line, I thought July 2nd feature better games to bet on than July 3rd, and I was ❌❌❌ so no big confidence in today games. But, Finland -6.5 should work wonders in double. Just to figure out what is the best pair to go with. Both Sweden & Estonia look good, but it's not unimaginable for Czech or Slovenia to pull off upset. Maybe Netherlands +13.5 at home is correct option to go with on double. But we'll see. Good luck if you are betting on these games today.

  • Huh, terrible outcomes on Thursday. I should stick to football until the World Cup is over considering how much money I've earned there so far (🥶). Joking aside, some really unexpected results. I am very surprised with Iceland outcome. I didn't watch the game, but very very surprised with the outcome. I doubt Georgia would turn things around in 2nd half, but Reed was ejected in 2nd quarter after scoring 18pts. Without him in the 2nd half, Georgia offense was shutted down. At least, Romania to cover & under, and Bosnia to cover & under were actually excellent SameGame combos, but not big satisfaction there. Portugal stayed under, but they lost the game. 🙈 It's crazy they lost to this Montenegro team that was maybe the weakest Montenegro team ever in an official game. I've just read comments from Montenegro players, and they are in mood "nobody gave as any chances, and we won". Portugal in the end had a shot to tie it, but still big big upset in my eyes. Let's try to do better for July 3rd. If I would need to go with combo, Sweden to win would definitely be my first option. And on the first glance, my second option would be Estonia to win. But at 2nd thought, maybe Finland -6.5 is even better considering crazy results we've seen today. Sweden vs Czech Republic -With Larsson and Birgander on the roster, Sweden should be favorite to win this one. We've seen Czech Republic at EuroBasket without Satoransky. I think Sweden will win, but odds are only 1.30. I think 1.35 - 1.40 should be the most realistic line, so not much value in odds. And it's basically win or go home situation for Sweden. Estonia vs Slovenia -This game reminds me now of Portugal vs Montenegro. This will probably be the weakest Slovenia roster in long time. Not only Doncic is out, but also Prepelic, Cancar, Scuka (+no more Nikolic or Blazic). Slovenia still have some quality, but Estonia at home should be favorite to win. They beat them in Ljubljana in Round 1 without Kotsar, but now Kullamae and Drell are absences while Kotsar is available. Finland vs Hungary -Finland have all the best players available. Markkanen, Jantunen, Nkamhoua, Salin, Maxhuni... Kudos to Hungary, but this is a type of a game were they'll probably be steamrolled. Finland need 8+ win to secure H2H tiebreaker which is very important as they won't have Markkanen for last four qualifying games, and it would be huge thing for them to put Hungary totally behind them in the standings. So they will go for 8+ win & I believe they will win by double digits without much trouble. On the 2nd glance, probably the safest double pick for tomorrow Finland -6.5 or -7. Austria vs Poland -Line is currently 22.5. I would take Austria +22.5. No foreign player for Poland (both Loyd and Harding are unavailable). And Poland isn't known for a team that blow away opponents. I think Poland will win, but there is value in Austria +22.5 in my opinion. Austria also missing some very important players that played in the previous windows, but Poland isn't Spain or France to be considered this big favorite at road. Netherlands vs Latvia -Naturally, I would pick Latvia to win. They need to win in order to keep any kind of realistic chances to qualify for the World Cup. But this roster isn't convincing. Many players are missing (Porzingis, Bertans, Zoriks, Kurucs brothers, etc...). Only Smits, Zagars and Lomazs are here from players who are familiar on big stage... Netherlands are missing Franke and N'Guessan. So this will be ugly game. I would take Netherlands +8.5 rather than Latvia -6.5 only because I don't trust Latvia to beat anyone at road by big margin. Israel vs Germany -This is in Riga, so no home court advantage for Israel. Only Madar and Carrington in the roster from respectable players. Germany have Schroder and that will probably be enough to win this game. Not much to say about Cyprus-Croatia & Belgium-France from obvious reasons, but I think there is value in Under 159.5 points on Belgium-France.

FIBA World Cup Qualifiers - July 2 I have one double I like a lot: Georgia +7.5 Iceland +8.5 In Serbian sportsbook MeridianBet, you can get 1.96 odds at the moment. So I'll start with these two games. Ukraine vs Georgia -Georgia need to win to stay alive. If they lose this one, it's almost certainly game over. Shengelia, Reed and Bitadze are available and that should be enough to play highly competitive game. It's on neutral court in Riga. Iceland vs Italy -This is third consecutive time that Iceland and Italy are together in qualifiers, and Iceland won at least once in all three occasions including game in Italy in these qualifiers. I did full breakdown of the game for Sphere. But bottom line, Iceland have all the players available & Italy have ton of missings including their head coach. If you chase an underdog to win today, I would go with Iceland. https://basketballsphere.com/en/bet-of-the-day-iceland-vs-italy-preview-prediction-jul-02-2026/ Lithuania vs Great Britain -Lithuania have better roster for this qualifiers than for the last year EuroBasket. Buzelis, Valanciunas, Tubelis... They won't have any kind of trouble against Britains in my opinion, but I wouldn't bet on them to cover -17. The best thing is to skip this game. Romania vs Greece -I would naturally like under 159 points a lot here, but Romania played in previous two windows in much higher tempo than usual. Coach Silvasan plays in extremely high tempo in Cluj-Napoca so I wouldn't put a lot of money here, although I think under is the best option to go with. And Romania +11.5 isn't too bad either. Spain vs Denmark -Spain will destroy them, no doubt about that. But I would go with under 159 points rather than Spain -25. Denmark could stay below 65 points here, and Spain won't press that hard to score 100+ on them in my opinion. Bosnia vs Turkey -Turkey with all the best players they have, and Bosnia without Musa, Nurkic, and couple of more. At this moment, line is 18.5. I would take Bosnia +18.5. Turkey usually don't destroy their opponents. And I would try SameGame Combo here Bosnia +18.5 & Under 168.5 points. 68-81 is type of a result I expect to see here. Portugal vs Montenegro -Line is 152.5, and I would be surprised if this goes over. Portugal won in Montenegro by 83-62. It was big upset... But when I look at Montenegro roster now, I doubt they'll win in Portugal. This Portugal team play together for years, they know each others extremely well, and they even qualified for the EuroBasket Round of 16. Maybe Portugal to win & Under 152.5 points is another good SameGame Combo. But if I need to pick between these two, I would go with Portugal to win. I don't trust this Montenegro roster. Except Yogi Ferrell, there is no single solid player. On second thinking, I would probably bet on this single Portugal to win at 1.71. Line should be 1.40. Switzerland vs Serbia -Serbia almost lost in Round 1 at home to Switzerland. They were down 21 points in 3rd quarter. I would blindly take Switzerland +24.5. Serbia will probably win by margin between 10 and 20 points.. Not many great games to bet on. I prefer Georgia +7.5 & Iceland +8.5 as combo bet more than single(s) on them to cover 3 or 4 points. And I think there is more than solid value in Portugal 1.71 odds to win. In five rest games we have huge favorites that'll win their games, but you never know if they would push to destroy their opponents by 30 points, or they will be satisfied with 10-point win.

  • One farewell message for the season. First, thanks guys for following & supporting my Telegram channel. It was nice ride. I've seen one historically great month in terms of profit, one extraordinary EuroBasket in terms of profit, a couple of unlucky months & one or two terrible months if we include end of the season when offer is limited and terrible. But overall, I believe my EuroLeague insights helped you to chose whether to bet on some game or not. I've shared my Acca(s) through Basketball Sphere for the entire season. On season level, Accas were profitable until June. And I have a plan to continue with Sphere Accas for the next season as well. All content on my channel is for FREE. I'm investing my time & I'm thankful for support through interactions. I will write my previews for World Cup Qualifiers in two weeks, and then we go on SEASON BREAK. And yeah, I am betting for fun on FIFA World Cup. You can find all my bets on my Twitter for FREE. But I am not expert for football. Only fan who make games more interesting to watch with some stake on them. 😁
