PSA - FDUSD LP Parameters Changes Navigators, following the recent depeg of FDUSD, the NAVI team is taking some immediate safety measures to protect users and minimize protocol risks. To mitigate risk from a further depeg of FDUSD we have adjusted the following parameters for this asset pool: 1️⃣ 🔐 FDUSD LTV set to 0% FDUSD can no longer be used to open new borrow positions. 💡 Important: Existing users will not be liquidated — liquidation thresholds remain unchanged in the next 24 hours to avoid unfair liquidations. 2️⃣ 🚫 New FDUSD deposits paused We’ve frozen new FDUSD deposits to prevent speculative inflows and abuse of protocol incentives during depeg volatility. 3️⃣ 🛑 Borrowing FDUSD is now disabled Users can no longer borrow FDUSD, closing off new risk and prevents spreading in the ecosystem. Additionally, to encourage loan paybacks and avoid any risk of bad debt, the following parameters have been adjusted: 🔸 Reserve Factor: 20%->60% 🔸 Base Interest Rate: 0->10% 🔸 Multiplier: 17%->40% ⚠️ In 24 hours, the liquidation threshold will be reduced 75% > 55% encouraging users to repay their borrows against FDUSD as soon as possible. ✍️ Note that these measures are temporary and cautionary.
