تمرین‌هایی که می‌تونی انجام بدی تا موقع Speaking ذهنت خالی نشه: 🗣️🧠 1⃣ تمرین «یک دقیقه صحبت» بدون توقف ⏱️ یه موضوع ساده انتخاب کن (مثلاً "My weekend")، تایمر رو بذار رو ۶۰ ثانیه و بدون مکث حرف بزن؛ حتی اگه اشتباه کنی. هرچی بیشتر تکرار کنی، ذهنت آماده‌تر میشه. 🔆 حتما نباید ۶۰ ثانیه باشه، می‌تونید به مرور زمانش رو بیشتر کنید، ولی حتماً یه محدودیت زمانی بذارید 🔆 ترجیحاً بعد این تمرین چک کنید چیزی که گفتین رو؛ حالا می‌تونید ویس خودتون رو ضبط کنید یا مدرستون بهتون فیدبک بده. 2⃣ تمرین paraphrasing 🔄 هر بار یه متن، جمله و ... رو انتخاب کنید و به روش‌های مختلفی که می‌تونید تغییرش بدین ولی مفهوم حفظ بشه. این کار باعث فعال شدن دایره‌ لغات و گرامرهایی که ازش استفاده نمی‌کنید هم میشه. 3⃣ برای تمرینات speaking از موضوعات متنوع حرف بزنید. 💡 گاهی مشکل ما اینه که می‌تونیم حرف بزنیم، ولی ایده‌ای نداریم چی بگیم. هرچقدر در مورد موضوعات متنوع حرف بزنیم، اینکه «چی بگیم» هم تقویت می‌کنیم و ایده‌پردازی‌مون هم قوی‌تر میشه. 🌸 برای رزرو کلاس‌های اسپیکینگ هم می‌تونید اینجا پیام بدین: @n_lingo 📩

اگه موقع Speaking ذهنت خالی میشه: 🧠🗣️ 1⃣ اگه متوجه اشتباه تو حرف زدنت شدی، جمله رو میتونی از اول بگی یا self-correct کنی و این هیچ اشکالی نداره، برای خود نیتیوها هم پیش میاد. ✨ ▫️اگرم متوجه اشتباه شدی ولی نتونستی درستش کنی اشکالی نداره. همین که فهمیدی اشتباه گفتی نشونه‌ی یادگیریته؛ لازم نیست وسط حرف بمونی و تا فرم درستشو پیدا کنی، به صحبت کردن ادامه بده و ازش بگذر. 2⃣ اگر کلمه‌ای رو یادت نمیاد، توضیحش بده یا اگه فکر میکنی به یه جمله مسلط نیستی تغییرش بده. برای این کار paraphrasing خیلی خیلی میتونه کمکتون کنه. یعنی جمله و کلمات رو جور دیگه‌ای که بلدین توضیح بدین. 🔄💡 3⃣ از Filler استفاده کنید و ترجیحا سکوت نکنید مثلا: ▫️Well, let me think... ▫️That's a good question, actually... ▫️How can I put this... ▫️What I mean is.... فراموش نکنید هدف صحبت کردنه، نه بی‌نقص صحبت کردن.

💭📱 Saturday Essentials: Social media language ​ کلمات و عباراتی که تو سوشال مدیا استفاده میشن و معنیشون شبیه چیزی که به نظر میرسه نیست: 1. Sick Extremely cool or awesome. Ex: "That new car is sick!" معنی: خفن و عالی. 2. ​Killer Exceptionally impressive. Ex: "She gave a killer presentation." معنی: بی‌نظیر، فوق‌العاده و خفن 3. ​Cooking Doing a good job. Ex: "Let him cook!" معنی: ترکوندن و عالی کار کردن. البته الان تو فارسی هم دیگه میگیم پخت و پز کردن 🤭 4. ​Cooked Completely ruined, being in a difficult situation.
