Under the direction of H.E. Prof. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management, Mr. Rathanak RETHDA, Deputy Director of the International Program of Legal Studies (NUM iLAW), conducted an academic study and courtesy visit to Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU), where he met with Prof. Dr. Klaus H. Goetz, Head of Chair. The visit aimed to gain valuable insights into LMU’s academic environment, particularly its experiential learning practices, curriculum development in public management, and approaches to integrating public administration and political science. It also provided an opportunity to explore potential areas for future academic cooperation. This study visit was undertaken in support of NUM’s ongoing efforts to develop the International Program of Public Administration and the International Program of Political Science, while strengthening international academic engagement and institutional partnerships. #numilaw #openadmission2026

Study Visit to the University of Szczecin, Poland Under the direction of H.E. Prof. HOR Peng, Rector of the National University of Management, Mr. RETHDA Rathanak, Deputy Director of NUM iLAW, paid a study visit to the University of Szczecin, Poland. During the visit, he met with Prof. Krystyna Nizioł and Prof. Daniel Dąbrowski from the Faculty of Law and Administration to discuss potential cooperation, particularly student and lecturer exchanges and other academic collaboration. Prof. Peter Becker also joined Mr. RETHDA Rathanak on a tour around Szczecin to learn more about the city’s history and culture. Prof. Krystyna Nizioł also expressed her appreciation to H.E.
