It is free of cost. Step 1: Open the HPR Portal Visit: in⁠https://nhpr.abdm.gov.in/nhpr/v4/login Step 2: Generate Healthcare Professional ID 1.Click "Login/Register" Choose Aadhaar-based registration or other available KYC method. 2.Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number. Generate your Healthcare Professional ID. Step 3: Fill Registration Form Enter: Personal details Address Professional council. NUID Card no, Registration number. Educational qualifications Employment/workplace details (if applicable) Step 4: Upload Documents Keep ready: Registration Certificate Degree/Diploma Certificate Proof of Employment (if government employee). Step 5: Review and Submit Check all details carefully. Submit the application for verification. Step 6: Verification Your application will be verified by the appropriate council/board (NMC, INC, State Nursing Council, etc.). If any correction is needed, you will receive a query to respond.
