Hi everyone, Recently I introduced a fascinating electrostatics question in SO30 Physics, where a pair of electrons were placed in a uniform electric field. Under certain conditions, we needed to determine the minimum distance between them. There is very beautiful method to solve such problems involves transitioning to a non-inertial frame. By doing so, the effect of the uniform electric field is canceled out, allowing us to apply conservation theorems to resolve the problem efficiently.

For those who are planning pursue the path of Research, some important tips for you all, 1. Focus sincerely on academics (aim for a decent level of grades). 2. Approach professors at your institute to connect with them and explore opportunities for reading projects. 3. Be open to attending conferences and seminars, and actively seek opportunities to learn research methodologies. 4. Try to join a research group, where you can learn how discussions and collaborations contribute to effective research. 5. Be part of a community of passionate people so that you can discuss your preferred research field among them.
