Looking forward to facilitating at the TEMPLE OF GODX FESTIVAL 🌷 Helsinki, 28.08-30.08 https://www.centerforeverything.com/now/temple-of-godx-festival My offers: ‘HOW TO USE ME’ laboratory 🤟🟣 Create a kinky manual about yourself This laboratory is a space to reflect on and explore your desires, boundaries, and the unique sensitivity of your body — and turn what you discover into your own personal booklet. We’ll write and draw in cute, pocket-size booklets that you can keep for yourself or give to someone. You can come and go during the session. 🪷Flower Bondage🪷 Flower bondage is bondage without ropes — instead using flowers. Imagine people holding stems and branches between their fingers, hands, bodies. Nothing should fall. You may find yourself in a creative space, discovering new ways to interact with the body. Or experience yourself as a sculpture, an art object, fully focused on a simple task. The play can be fun, challenging, meditative, artistic. This is a playground to experiment with flowers in a sensual, kinky way. 🎈Creative Speed Dating🎈 This is an invitation to meet new people through short, playful experiences. Instead of classic speed dating, we create a space for silly, thoughtful, and connecting exercises in pairs or trios. Some activities involve talking, others movement, creativity, or consensual touch. You are always free to join, pause, skip, or adapt anything so it feels comfortable for you. Come with curiosity and find new connections! You can come and go during this session. 🫶Kinky massage🔥 Grounding, gentle, rough, teasing, scratchy, stingy… the touch can be so many things. In this workshop we will explore different ways of consensual touch: from feather-like and whisper massage to pressure points and big body movement. There will be space to express your wishes and boundaries, get inspired with some bodywork ideas and get creative. Open to all curious participants, with and without experience in massage. Hope to see you there! 🤗🤗🤗

A few sunsets that took my breath away. I captured these over the last few years 😍 I’m absolutely amazed by how beautiful nature can be Do you have some awesome sunsets to share? Please do!
Ah, dears! I want to share a topic I’m working on right now. I call it: Contact Thai After my trainings in Thai massage and several years of contact improvisation, I feel inspired to combine, mix, fuse these two practices. I have a theory: when we dance CI, we often share responsibility 50/50. When we give or receive a massage using classical techniques, one person often has 100% responsibility, while the other often has 0%. I’d like to experiment and shift this dynamic. As a massage therapist, I am used to touching passive humans on the massage table/mat; and I love when my clients move their bodies during the session – so I can follow their impulses. As a dancer, I am used to interecting with active movers. I also love to rest during the dance and do “nothing”, when another person moves-massages me; as well i enjoy moving another relaxed body. I want to research how we can mix bodywork/massage with dance; find a flow in exchange of leading and following, in active and passive, in giving and receiving – and enjoy all the spaces in between. Yuriy and I had our first Contact Thai laboratory yesterday, and we’re planning to do it again ^^ and explore it with more people Does this sound interesting? Please contact me @Natalia_Kuzmina :) Especially if you practice both CI and Thai massage. Hugs 🤗

– I used to dance a lot, but now, when I’m almost 70, my body cannot move that easily anymore. And still, I enjoy being in spaces with young and free people, and offer emotional support for them. Such events give me hope that the world can be a better place, — said Margit. We had this talk on our way to Love Riot – a sex-positive festival in West Germany. This conversation was refreshing for me. Because sometimes, when I am swimming in self-doubts and perfectionism, I forget that there will be a moment when my body simply won’t be able to do certain things anymore. This is a good reminder to actually DO what feels exciting (and maybe scary) For me, for example, it is facilitating kinky workshops and perform naked on stage. I did it at the festival! Love Riot is special to me, because it was the first time when I was invited as a facilitator and a performer in Germany, so I could share my ideas and approach to pleasure, touch and movement. It was a beautiful place with like-minded people. I felt happy to be part of it. I remember warm bodies jumping and twerking in shared spaces, tears and laughter in a big sharing circle every morning, my personal “salmon play” in the cold river, sometimes feeling alienated, sometimes feeling connected to the group, and a small “Thai and tie” experiment — where my new friend combined Thai massage with rope bondage. I enjoyed playful encounters, felt lost, felt found… and did a great job with my offerings 👍 And now, on my way back to Berlin, my thoughts return to the conversation with Margit. These questions come up in my mind: What else I find exciting and scary? Which topics and activities I find meaningful to myself now? It is my dream and vision to cultivate and expand conscious sex-positive ideas. I want to nurture the community and grow within it, bring playfulness and creativity into body-related practices, create unique workshops, performances, facilitate in different languages. Now i have more ideas and – what’s more important – i feel courage to do it 💪 What about you — do you have ideas or wishes that feel both exciting and scary, where you sometimes feel not good enough? I’d love to hear about it. Maybe we can support each other 🫶🏻

My shibari journey has been such a rollercoaster! I didn’t like the feeling of ropes on my body when I tried them for the first time. The second time, I felt like a netted sausage in ropes and didn’t find it aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. Things changed when I found an emotional connection in Kharkiv with my partner Sergiy, who is a rigger — about 5 years ago. Suddenly, ropes became an instrument for different sensations and feelings: pleasure, pain, excitement, helplessness, letting go, arousal, fun, relaxation, safety… I enjoyed being in ropes. I tried tying too, but my brain refused to remember the basic knots. Ah, I was angry, I cried, I tried again — zero result. So I gave up. But some time later, I took rope into my hands again — and somehow the knowledge of the basic knots was already there! I moved to Berlin and, highly motivated, started attending different shibari workshops. Again, I couldn’t repeat anything. For a few years, I lost interest in both tying and being tied; my attention moved away from shibari toward massages, playfights, dance… Recently, a friend asked if I could tie her, and I felt courageous enough to try. Suddenly, I was already making different rope patterns on her body and doing half-suspension 😱 Yesterday I surprised myself again. I watched a chest harness tutorial with friends, and Nadja and I decided to try it out in suspension — it turned into a whole session with transitions in the air! I don’t know where this confidence came from, but it felt so easy to do. I’m feeling really happy after yesterday’s spontaneous tying session ^^ I’m also grateful to Nadja for her trust, curiosity, and openness to explore and experiment together 🐱🧡🧡 It’s so interesting how sometimes the body needs time to learn and process new things. What’s your relationship with ropes? Have you experienced something similar in your own rope journey? 🪢 Please share 🙃
