Most people are not a complete person Just a few pieces, fragments that will collapse when the internal tension even approaches the conditions for greatness You would have to add quite a few of them together to make one complete person. Make your own morals and principles and stop following others.
Be detached. There’s no room for emotions at the top. Stay objective & pursue value creation for both parties. Being attached means being dependant. Dependence is a weakness. You can not be relied upon. Nothing but a liability.

Ask what their philosophy around the topic of discussion is. Ask about their belief. Soon you will start noticing patterns in human beings and you will also learn “ what not to be “ in many encounters.
