A boy from Nagaland reached out to me on 1st Jan 2024. He has faced 3-4 SSBs with mostly screened out attempts. He was not the best candidate in the class. He was doing many mistakes and having poor communication skills. But he had unwavering attitude to learn. He completed his tasks also accepted punishment when he gave poor performance. But he got conference out in next attempt. He was guided where he made mistake and needful change in his personality. He did that with greater enthusiasm. And eventually he got selected and medically fit. Soon he will be joining Academy. Many more candidates from RFB have been selected and joined. When this boy from Nagaland did it, it was special for RFB members and me also. He is testament of dedication and learning attitude. Wish you all the best Thongpanlongju aka Longju. Proud of you 🙌 🫂🇮🇳
