The US Mint has produced quite a series of commemorative 90% silver dollars. Each one is generally 0.77 troy ounces of silver. These ones were on sale for $2 below spot. Sometimes the precious metals websites sell 90% silver under spot because there is a glut of them on the market and "new stackers" don't understand commemoratives or even pre-1964 90% coins.
