به گزارش ایسنا، اسلاوکو وینچیچ، داور اسلوونیایی که سابقه قضاوت در فینال لیگ قهرمانان اروپا ۲۰۲۴ را دارد، در سال ۲۰۲۰ به اتهام ارتباط با یک شبکه فساد و قاچاق مواد مخدر در بوسنی بازداشت شده بود. وینچیچ یکی از باتجربه‌ترین داوران اروپا محسوب می‌شود و سابقه قضاوت در فینال لیگ قهرمانان اروپا ۲۰۲۴ (رئال مادرید – بروسیا دورتموند) و نیمه‌نهایی لیگ ملت‌های اروپا ۲۰۲۳ (اسپانیا – ایتالیا) را در کارنامه دارد. او همچنین داور دیدار افتتاحیه آرژانتین در جام جهانی ۲۰۲۲ (شکست ۲ بر یک مقابل عربستان) بوده است. پیشینه جنجالی و بازداشت در سال ۲۰۲۰ با وجود کارنامه درخشان داوری، وینچیچ در سال ۲۰۲۰ در یک ماجرای جنجالی قرار گرفت. او در یک کلبه در بی‌یلینا (بوسنی و هرزگوین) به همراه تیجانا ماکسیموویچ (متهم به رهبری یک شبکه فساد) بازداشت شد. در این محل، پلیس ۹ زن، ۲۶ مرد، ۱۴ بسته کوکائین، ۱۰ قبضه سلاح گرم، ۳ جلیقه ضدگلوله و بیش از ۱۰ هزار یورو پول نقد کشف کرد. وینچیچ در آن زمان هرگونه ارتباط با این شبکه را رد کرد و گفت: من هیچ ربطی به این موضوع ندارم. من یک دعوت برای ناهار پذیرفتم که بزرگ‌ترین اشتباه من بود. پشیمان هستم. پشت میز با همکارانم نشسته بودم که ناگهان پلیس آمد. فدراسیون فوتبال اسلوونی نیز از او حمایت کرد و این ماجرا را «سوءتفاهم» دانست و به همکاری با او ادامه داد. وینچیچ در این جام جهانی، پیش از این بازی‌های برزیل–مراکش، اردن–الجزایر و مکزیک–اکوادور را قضاوت کرده است. او در فینال، با کمک‌داوران هم‌وطن خود (توماز کلانچنیک و آندراز کواچیچ) و داور چهارم اردنی (ادهم مخادمه) قضاوت خواهد کرد. @referee_academy
