Ukhtis, Dont let your makeup be the divider between you and your salah. You can always reapply it, but how will you make up for the salahs youve missed for it? Many girls think that they can just qada' their prayers at the end of the day, but that was made for times of emergency or those with valid reason, not to keep your glam on Be responsible and prepare what is necessary to take it off if you need to redo your wudhu, at the end of the day the one that has to bear with the consequences is yourself Dont put this dunya over your akhirah!
Shared by a friend of mine hehe to anyone schooling, interning or working, may this dua be beneficial for you!
إنِّي أسْأ لُكَ عِلْماً نَا فِعَاً وَ رِزْقاً طَيِّباً وَ عَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً Allahumma innii as-aluka 'ilmann naa fi'ann wa rizqonn thoyyibaan wa 'amalaann mutaqobbalaa O Allah i ask you for knowledge that is of benefit , a good provision and deeds that will be accepted. (Ibn Majah)
I remind others of Tawakkul, but I still worry about tomorrow is silence In just a couple of days ill officially lose my teenage years, some will say its not that deep, but every day we are alive, the more responsibilities we bear, the more struggles and challenges we will meet and soon enough, we will be closer to our death Its scary becoming an adult, but its even scarier if you dont turn to Allah with your doubts and worries, because if its not Him, then who else can grant you ease? I try to remind myself, whatever outcome is presented to me, surely it is within Allah's divine wisdom, and surely it is the best for me 🥺
People always talk about avoiding riya' but hardly ever bring up ujub What is ujub? And why is it even easier to commit? While riya' is feeling overly proud and showing off to others, ujub is when you make yourself proud Wait what? Im not allowed to be proud of myself? Ujub is when you feel so extremely proud of a good deed or achievement that you entirely forget that it first comes from Allah? How many times have when done good and thought about it over and over, smiling proudly to ourselves? How many times have we earned something, and we forget to thank Allah because we think we earned it all by ourselves? Yes, dont ever undermine the good youve done, but dont forget to Allah be grateful towards Allah, sometimes even the smallest bit of pride can intoxicate us into thinking that we can do lots of things without the help or will of Allah So protect your heart, stay humble and stay grateful!

📿 istiqomah, something that almost all of us can’t maintain. never something easy, but we should always remember than the fact that we still think of Allah when our imaan is low, shows how strong our relationship is, with Allah. Allah still moves our hearts to feel that way as Allah wants you to remember Him. in times of sorrow & stress, many would do activities that Allah prohibits, but you, you think of Allah. oh don’t you realise how beautiful that is? wallahu ‘alam, may Allah guide us into becoming a better person, in sya الله. allahumma amin.
There are days when my iman feels shaky despite salah, days when I feel like what im doing isnt good enough, days when what I wear on the outside simply doesnt match how I feel inside spiritually Then today I read "one shouldnt have to be perfect before they are allowed to get closer to Allah" 🥺 Its true, Allah is for everyone, at any stage of their life, even the low points The good thing about being rock bottom, is that it means the only other way to go next is up!!
We often hear "life is short, enjoy it" But we often forget "eternity is long, prepare for it " You live once in life, but you live forever in jannah. 🤣
Its our duty to seek knowledge and work on our deen so that one day when it is our turn to lead, we can spread guidance instead of misguidance to the next generation of muslims in our ummah Lets do our part in breaking the generational cycle of normalising sins
The hard truth is, society hates more on people who are deemed "ugly" on the outside than those who are ugly on the inside It seems like one's actions and words become excusable just because they are pretty or good looking But when you enter the grave, and when you have to stand before Allah, which will save you? Your appearance or your akhlaq? Surely those who are beautiful within are most beautiful in the eyes of Allah, and that will most certainly show on their face!
Delaying tawbah even momentarily can leave you with a lifetime of regret in the barzakh Make the time while the doors of forgiveness are still open for you

Silently suffering instead of speaking up and communicating boundaries will slowly eat you and then swallow you up I wondered if Allah would be upset with me if one day I just want to feel weak instead of staying strong because it seems like the situation will never end and continue to haunt me But if I stay silent in fear of losing the other person, is keeping them really more important if it means im losing Allah? And thats why Allah tells us to keep those who are righteous close, for they will remind you of Allah through good, and not through pain
For u guys

Anyway im gonna enjoy my naan now mueheheh happy break fast to those fasting or to those having dinner!
Today I read a post about small forms of rizq that we overlook on the daily One of the slideshows said "getting an unexpected meal" and I giggled at it and thought man, naan sounds really good right now, and carried on with my day I just got home from work to see naan on the table ??? Something I dont eat often and something I asked for quietly in my head That goes to show that Allah is listening, when you feel like youre alone, when you think no one is looking, Allah is, and if He hears even the things you deem unnecessary, how could He then not hear your silent cries and duas?
Assalamualaikum, Its been awhile but this is your reminder that It's sunnah to fast on Thursdays 🫘 If you are looking for simple ways to strengthen your deen, why not try a sunnah fast ! But... if you can't fast... what else can you do instead ? - Make a donation - An act of kindness - Send selawat to the Prophet s.a.w. - Read a new surah - Do an extra prayer - Dhikir - Do something with the intention/for the sake of Allah s.w.t. May Allah make it easy for us, Amin!
