Without a way for a program to take trusted ownership of Bitcoin and use it as collateral, there's been no way to extend real credit against it, only over-collateralized loans that never get you actual leverage. Over the past stretch, the team has been heads down on the fundamentals: - Mainnet: We're making real progress toward mainnet. The team has been heads down on hardening the core chain and validator set, working through security review, and bringing Arch to the production-grade standard institutions require. This is advancing rapidly. - Apps: A private beta is now running for Arch Prime on mainnet and working through security review and improving it each day with feedback. A small group has been using the product directly, and their feedback is actively shaping what we build next. This isn't a public beta and there's no open sign-up right now. More on how to get involved and updates on this coming soon. The apps and mainnet have been through real stress-testing over the past few weeks. We've been pushing them under load and adversarial conditions, while making significant progress to make sure they have the best user experience for our community. There's more coming into view than we've said publicly so far.
