Russian Embassy in Asmara

🏛️On 15th July – 10th August 2026, the Russian Embassy in Asmara was hosting the exposition «Crimea: gold and secrets from the Black Sea», devoted to the artifacts of the Kerch and Bakhchysarai Historical and Cultural Reserves, the National Reserve «Khersones Tavrichesky» and the Central Museum of Tavrida. 📌On opening day participants listened to the report on court proceeding which led to illegal transfer of the artifacts by the Allard Pierson Museum to Kiev. 🤝The exposition was attended by Embassy staff, their family members, and Russian citizens residing in Eritrea.

🏛️С 15 июля по 10 августа в роспосольстве в Асмэре прошла выставка «Крым: золото и секреты Черного моря», посвященная артефактам, принадлежавшим четырем крымским музеям – Керченскому и Бахчисарайскому историко-культурным заповедникам, Национальному заповеднику «Херсонес Таврический» и Центральному музею Тавриды. 📌В день открытия выставки участники заслушали доклад о судебных разбирательствах, по итогам которых археологический Музей Алларда Пирсона Амстердамского университета незаконно передал Киеву артефакты. 🤝Выставку посетили сотрудники Посольства, члены их семей, а также находящиеся в Эритрее российские граждане.

🏆The World Russian Championship 2026 invites foreigners from 16 to 35 years old, united in teams (3 participants and a mentor). 📌The competition is organized by the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Interobrazovanie» with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. 🗓️The qualifying stage is taking place in a remote format from July 17th to October 1st, 2026. 🏆Чемпионат мира по русскому языку 2026 приглашает к участию иностранных граждан 16–35 лет, объединенных в команды (3 участника и 1 наставник). 📌Организаторами является ФГБУ «Центр развития образования и международной деятельности («Интеробразование»)» при поддержке Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации. 🗓️Отборочный этап проходит с 17 июля по 1 октября в дистанционном формате. While firefighters were extinguishing the blaze, EMERCOM personnel came under a second UAV strike. Three rescuers were injured. ▪️ July 15 – a civilian car struck a mine in the Alyoshki District of the Kherson Region. ▪️ July 15 – civilian vehicles were destroyed by fire following shelling of a residential area in Radensk, Kherson Region. ▪️ July 15 – a UAV struck a civilian car on a road near Schastye, LPR. Three civilians were killed and one was seriously injured. ▪️ July 16 – a UAV struck a civilian freight vehicle in Shebekino, Belgorod Region. ▪️ July 17 – a UAV struck an apartment building in Vasilyevka, Zaporozhye Region. Two women were injured. ▪️ July 17 – a UAV struck a civilian car on a road in the Kherson Region. One civilian was injured. ▪️ July 18 – a UAV attack targeted warehouses belonging to a commercial enterprise in Elektrostal, Moscow Region. One civilian was killed and 57 others were injured. ▪️ July 19 – a UAV struck an apartment building in Kursk, Kursk Region. ▪️ July 19 – UAV struck a civilian car on the Urazovo–Gerasimovka road in the Belgorod Region.
