Dear friends, ✨ On behalf of the Russian House/ Rossotrudnichestvo Office in India please accept our sincere congratulation on the 80th Independence Day. This year it marks eight decades of free and sovereign way toward prosper and powerful country. 🇷🇺🤝🇮🇳 Russia always stood shoulder by shoulder with India in all international issues and initiatives. Since our common Victory in the WWII, when officers and soldiers of both countries fought together, since the establishing of diplomatic relations on April,13th 1947 and till today’s blooming cooperation - our great countries have long story of real friendship on Earth and in Space. 👩‍🚀 In November 1961, India warmly welcomed the first human in space – soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. When he was asked about the view of India from space, Gagarin replied, "India is very beautiful from above, but it is even more beautiful on Earth; it is special because it is home to true friends." 🛰️ This year Russian cosmonauts prepared special address on the occasion. They recorded it on International Space Station, having with them drawings of Indian children – winners of the contest, conducted by Roscosmos, ISRO and Rossotrudnichestvo. A Russian invention will help predict recurrent arrhythmia attacks. Chelyabinsk State University has developed a system that helps predict the risk of recurrent episodes of atrial fibrillation, one of the most common forms of arrhythmia. It allows for the early identification of patients at increased risk of recurrence and helps physicians assess the likelihood of a recurrence. It not only displays the final prognosis but also explains the factors that influenced the decision. During the trip, the young people strolled through the historic center of Tyumen, seeing wooden houses with carved window frames, a four-tiered embankment, and the Lovers' Bridge. In Tobolsk, they visited the Kremlin, learned about the history of Siberia's ancient capital, and visited the Museum of Forgotten Sounds. 👤 And here's what Devanga Vachharajani, a participant from India, says: "The impressions are very good: the atmosphere, the places we visited, and the warm welcome we received here. Merchant mansions and white-stone kremlins: bloggers and journalists from India and China discover Tyumen and Tobolsk 🌏 Participants in Rossotrudnichestvo's "New Generation" program (http://t.me/novoe_pokolenie_rs) from India and China embarked on a journey through the ancient cities of Siberia. 📍 In Tyumen, the delegates strolled through the historic center, admired wooden houses with carved window frames, visited the four-level embankment, the Lovers' Bridge, and the Siberian Cat Square. They learned how the city became the oil capital of Russia. 🏛 Tobolsk greeted the guests with ancient architecture and the atmosphere of the ancient capital of Siberia.
