#result Dilnoza attended my IELTS classes for about four months and achieved an overall band score of 7.5 in her IELTS exam. Listening: 8.0 Reading: 8.0 Speaking: 7.0 Writing: 6.5 Throughout our lessons, she consistently scored around 8.5 - 9.0 in both Reading and Listening mock tests, so I genuinely believed she had the potential to achieve an overall 8.0. Unfortunately, she found it difficult to adapt to the CDI format, which affected her performance on the test day. Even so, achieving a 7.5 overall is an excellent result. Many people believe that the main motivation behind working hard is financial reward. Although earning money is undoubtedly an important reason why individuals put effort into their jobs, I disagree with the idea that it is the primary factor for most people. In my opinion, personal fulfilment and opportunities for growth are equally, if not more, influential. One reason why I disagree is that many individuals work hard because they find meaning and satisfaction in what they do. Employment is not merely a source of income but also a way for people to express their abilities, contribute to society, and achieve personal goals. Occupations such as teaching, medicine, and scientific research often require long hours and considerable dedication despite not always offering the highest salaries. This suggests that internal motivation and a sense of purpose can be stronger drivers than financial gain alone. Another important factor is that hard work frequently stems from ambitions related to personal and professional development. Many employees are motivated by opportunities to gain recognition, develop expertise, or progress in their careers. Working diligently can lead to promotions, increased responsibility, and long-term achievements that extend beyond immediate financial benefits. For example, an entrepreneur may devote years to building a business not only to earn money but also to create something meaningful and achieve independence. Consequently, success and self-development often serve as powerful incentives for sustained effort. In conclusion, although money remains an essential motivation for working hard, I disagree that it is the dominant reason for most people. Factors such as personal fulfilment and the desire for growth play an equally significant, and in many cases greater, role in encouraging individuals to work diligently.

#result Islom attended my individual classes for about three months and managed to achieve an impressive 7.5 in his exam. We were actually aiming for an 8.0, but I think the exam pressure got the better of him. Still, I believe this is a great result for a first-time test taker, isn’t it?
