Here are my top picks: 🌟 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗤&𝗔 Get immediate answers to questions on your learning content, with resources and reference links included. → Sounds like we can chat now with our learning content.🤖 Awaited and powerful feature, especially when revisiting courses for specific questions or passing an assessment. 😊 🌟 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 This tool helps eliminate the need to merge internal employee records once the person model is enabled. Person-based learning seems to solve the Multiple Employments dilemma: keeping all benefits for multiple employment concepts in Employee Central (well described in Managing Employments in SuccessFactors Suite slides) — such as segregation of duties, data privacy requirements, payroll, and S4HANA standards — while leveraging continuous, non-disrupted talent processes for this person, without requiring manual merges. Years ago, I saw a solution for this challenge using a dedicated SuccessFactors instance for Talent processes, which created its own set of challenges, of course. 😊 Now we will have a standard solution for this. Although this innovation currently only addresses the Rehire with New Employment use case in Learning, we're awaiting this feature for all talent solutions — just imagine not having to recreate your goals and performance forms when moving to another country! 🌍✈️😉 🌟𝗔𝗜-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 just like Writing Assistant for skills, goals, and competencies comments, but much better now, using generative AI🤖 🌟 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 the new PM form UI/UX for quite a long time. It’s always interesting to explore what the UX team prepared for us this time.
