As President’s Challenge Civic Action Fellows, Tanguy Lim of Pro Bono SG is advancing access to justice, while Joshua Tseng of Blind Mice Media is championing greater digital inclusion for persons with disabilities and seniors. Through the Lien Centre for Social Innovation, they will connect practical experience with research and wider collaboration to strengthen their work and its potential impact.
