🚩Intraparenchymal and subdural hemorrhage from ACOM aneurysm Large right acute subdual hematoma, right gyrus rectus intraparenchymal hematoma, right to left subfalcine herniation. Note the gyrus rectus hematoma extends anteriorly from the region of the anterior communicating artery ✅The gyrus rectus hematoma should always prompt consideration of an ACOM aneurysm rupture - the major differential diagnosis for spontaneous hemorrhage in this region being ethmoidal anterior cranial fossa DAVF.

💎The Nuss procedure( minimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum (MIRPE)): 💡It involves the insertion of one (or more) concave metal bars beneath the sternum in the anterior chest wall.

💎Chandler classification  of orbital cellulitis: 💡stage I: preseptal orbital cellulitis. 💡stage II: orbital cellulitis beyond the orbital septum.  💡stage III: subperiosteal abscess. 💡stage IV: orbital abscess and purulent collection within orbit.  💡stage V: cavernous sinus thrombosis

💎Diabetic striatopathy (Non-ketotic hyperglycemic hemichorea): 💡Is a rare neurological complication of non-ketotic hyperglycemia, along with non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma and non-ketotic hyperglycemic seizures. 💡hyperviscosity secondary to hyperglycemia, leading to regional blood-brain barrier disruption and metabolic damag 💡CT demonstrates hyperdensity in the striatal region. 💡In T1-weighted MR image, hyperintensity can be observed

🚩Rectus sheath hematoma: There is an elongated heterogeneous predominantly hypoechoic collection within the rectus sheath/rectus abdominis muscle, compatible with a rectus sheath hematoma. No internal vascularity is demonstrated on color Doppler

🚩Retropharyngeal abscess: Marked widening of the pre-vertebral soft tissue between C2 and C7, with multiple gas foci within at the C3-C4 level

🚩Peritonsillar abscess 2.7cm rim enhancing right peritonsillar abscess, with resultant distortion of the upper airway ✅Peritonsillar abscess (quinsy) is a collection of pus that lies between the tonsillar capsule and superior pharyngeal constrictor muscle. It is thought to be a result of tonsillitis. Surgical drainage is usually required

💎Ectrodactyly(Asplit hand/split foot) 💡It is a skeletal anomaly of longitudinal deficiency in the central digits of the hand/feet. 💡Characterized by a deep V- or U-shaped central bony defect.

🚩 Harlequin eye deformity: ⚫️Harlequin eye deformity in a child with right-sided coronal synostosis ✅️Harlequin eye deformity: A characteristic orbital deformity seen mainly in unilateral coronal craniosynostosis, caused by premature fusion of one coronal suture. It appears as elevation of the ipsilateral orbital roof with widening of the superior orbital fissure, producing a "harlequin" appearance on frontal radiographs or CT. It is best evaluated with 3D CT.
