🇮🇳 Happy Independence Day, Sky Blue Warriors I came across a thought recently that stayed with me,,, We often think excellence demands sacrifice. That to become exceptional, we have to shut the door, isolate ourselves, leave friends behind, and choose between life and the goal. But maybe the problem is the word “balance” itself. Why should excellence and friendship be two different flights? Have the right flight for the right destination, and have your friend in that flight. If your destination is greatness, let the people around you be a part of that journey. Study together. Build together. Dream together. Laugh together. Push each other further. Because joy lies in absolute immersion, not in balancing. Joy lies in totality, not incompleteness You cannot have two central themes in life and keep negotiating between them forever. Choose your direction. And then let everything else find its place around it. That, to me, is what true freedom should feel like too. Not freedom from responsibility. Not freedom from discipline. But the freedom to choose your destination and give yourself completely to it. So here's to my Sky Blue Warriors 🩵⚔️ May we never be afraid of ambition. I hope that in the decades to come, there will be no more wars, conflicts like this & no lover separated from their beloved, no family torn apart by a line drawn on a map or a place. Real empowerment is not about winning arguments online. It is about having the knowledge, skills and freedom to shape your own life. And YES -- Excellence has no gender. Capability is built through discipline, competence and persistence--not applause or validation. A truly empowered society is one where women are free to choose their own path, yet encouraged to turn that freedom into purpose Because empowerment is not just about having the freedom to choose.
