I would like to address a popular question because many people get confused: "Do I need to keep TradeSync running for it to work?" The answer is yes. When you connect using your PC or any device like a VPS and close the app, meaning it is closed, you will not have it picking trades from your telegram just because you connected it and then closed the software. You need to let it run for as long as you want the signals to be picked. The software helps bridge between your telegram to Metatrader. So if you close it, meaning the bridge/connection is closed You can now minimize it to tray so it run in background

Soon, we will have a place in the tradesync where you can chat and ask for help if you encounters issues and then you will be answered. You can have it apply your trade signal type for you so it works for you incase it doesn't recognize your trades or any other issues where you make mistakes and maybe trades dont take, you can just ask whats wrong and it point out the issue for you and even help you with resolving it. There are exciting things planed for TradeSync

if you alrady updated the software using the auto update, then you must download and replace this. if you are no more running. Wait for the EXE installer of the new version

TradeSync V1.2 is live. Update using the top-right update button, its on the dashboard if you are still running v1.1. Manual downloads are available on the website and channel for new users or manual installation. Ensure you download the new EA versions below and replace with the ones you have in your broker. The new version uses the new EAs so it is compulsory

TradeSync's new version was supposed to be sent a long time ago, but we encountered a technical issue that caused the delay. Rest assured, the new version will be updated soon once we are finished. This update fixes all user feedback and adds new features like analytics, along with many more.
