Friends, before I leave, I want to run 2 workshops. And make them the way I like: no fluff, straight to the point, real work. There will be two formats. 📅 April 25 & May 2 📍 Kievskaya 4 (@suli_tbilisi) ⸻ 1. About the body (for dancers and not only) 🕒 14:00 This is not about “doing abs” or “stretching”. This is about organizing your body so it actually moves well. We’ll work on: • core / muscular cylinder (what stabilizes you in every movement) • hips (mobility + control) • axial elongation (this really changes how you move and feel, in life and in dance) Not only for dancers. If you care about how you move — this is for you. ⸻ 2. Foot workshop 🕒 15:30 No talking here. Just work. Intense. Very. We’ll go through foot exercises one after another, without long explanations. Most likely it will be hard — very — but you’ll actually feel how it works. ⸻ I’ll run this over two Saturdays (two sessions each day). And yes, I’m leaving Tbilisi, so this is basically the last chance to join my offline classes here. If you want in @natalia_gaidarova I’ll put the groups together and send the details.

✨ Tango & Biomechanic ✨ When you think about these two words, you’ll quickly realize how deeply connected they truly are. This time, together with Natalia, we have prepared a course that we genuinely believe you shouldn’t miss. We will work on building a correct anatomical foundation—understanding how the human body functions—and then explore how to apply this knowledge to our dance. The goal is to improve posture, prevent common dance-related pains, and achieve greater harmony and freedom in movement. "Natalia Gaidarova is a movement specialist who helps people improve the quality of their movement, reduce pain, and transform habitual movement patterns. Her work integrates biomechanics, Pilates, yoga, myofascial release, foot training, medical rehabilitation methods, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and manual techniques. Her approach is precise, analytical, and deeply body-oriented, based on movement assessment and a clear understanding of asymmetries, compensations, and cause-and-effect relationships within the body. She has a unique ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way—so you don’t just understand what to do, but truly feel the results in your own body." This class is open to all roles and all levels. Please bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes (no skirts), socks, and high heels (we may use them). If you feel ready to become more aware of your body, this class is designed for you. Topics to work on: ✔️07.02 - Core work (the “muscle cylinder”), breathing and stability. ✔️21.02 - Walking pattern in everyday life and in tango.
