Smoke'em If You Got'em Second Amendment advocates scored a significant legal victory Thursday after the Justice Department declined to immediately appeal a federal court ruling that struck down longstanding federal permitting requirements for suppressors and short-barreled firearms. Election Integrity should take a page from this playbook since we are working on similar paths. Gun Rights Advocates went on offense. The entire legal argument for violating our 2nd amendment was the ATF had to collect a tax when you tried to purchase a SBR or Suppressor. Well, that tax was taken down to $0 in the Big Beautiful Bill because of a lot of lobbying and some brave congressmen. And as soon as that happened, law suits attacked the legal premise because there was no longer a tax. The law suits made their way to Federal court and now the ATF could not stand behind the tax arugment. The lawyers HAD TO address it as a pure constitutional argument. Absolutely insane… In Minnesota, one single registered voter in a precinct can “Vouch” for up to 8 unregistered voters who claim to live in the same precinct, letting them VOTE THE SAME DAY with absolutely no ID or proof of residence required. It gets worse, if they and the “voucher” simply lie about their residency (utilizing outdated voter roles?) , they can be from another precinct, county, or an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STATE— and theoretically hop counties repeating the process over and over again the same day.
