The primary objective of life as a man is to build character. Aura. Chi. Power. This is why you want money, status, supporters, women, power etc. Jail is an Aura amplifier. Like seasoning on a steak.

Everyone in the prison was cheering and shouting along with the guys outside yesterday. As people marched and did pushups, the cell next door to me said “Tate, this for you? Man you the Top G for real” Tristan and I watched as much as possible from the window. Thank you all so much for the support. The entire world sees this is a setup. They will not win.

My dad always used to say "OUTSTANDING IN THE RAIN" As opposed to simply "outstanding" when he was impressed. I asked him. Dad, why the rain? And he replied "Son, any jackass can perform when the sun is shining"

I am highly attuned to my own state of mind. How do I feel right now? Why do I feel this way? Do I want to change it? If so, how? I pay attention to my neurochemistry. This is the first step to learning yourself. Think yourself happy/excited/ultra-aware etc.

The best thing about being one of the most famous men alive is spreading my dad's words to the world.

I grew up amongst chess grandmasters and learnt quickly that I only have a top 1% brain. Not a top 0.001% brain. However I am top 0.001% in bravery and endless action. This is why I am one of the most well-known people on earth.

Life is kaleidoscopic. At first, it looks random. With focus you see patterns. A dazzling infinity, colorful chaos, but truthfully it’s always beautiful.

Life is often you vs you, and somebody has to die.

Do not pray to ask for things. Pray to say thank you for what you already have.

If you are sad on a yacht you are sad. If you are happy in jail you are happy. Absolutely nothing matters outside of your state of mind. Few.

A man does not acquire a full skill set to be told "take care" or "be careful" by amateurs. Raw action solves everything. Caution breeds fear.

Me: One day we will be glad this happened. Tristan: Everyone knows we’re innocent. We went down as heroes. More importantly we went down together. Best thing ever I’m already glad it happened. Don’t ever try to reassure me again.

I’ve had spoiled women with paid for lives, bitch and moan over tiny things. I’ve had business partners who I’ve paid millions to, bitch and moan about tiny things. But all the worst things that happen to me, the real things, it’s only ever Tristan beside me. And he’s never bitched or moaned or complained about anything. Ever.

We walk back and forth in the cell together all day long. I haven’t heard him so clearly in years. He’s been in here since the day I arrived. And Dad tells me to never give up.

Day 10 in SHU (special housing unit) This is punitive housing for people who murder their cellmates. No commissary, no phone calls, no yard time. The worst possible conditions the US gov provides to terrorists and psychopaths. I am an innocent until proven guilty extradition detainee. I’m wanted by a foreign state. I am an American citizen. WHY AM I HERE?
