This weekend, some of the members, prospects, and recruits from Saskatchewan assembled for a group workout. Packing weighted backpacks, they began a ruck march which replicated some of the challenges completed during Nationals 2026. During the above mentioned ruck march, participants came from Southern Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan continues to congregate in this way, and pass down knowledge and common practices to members of its sub-groups.
