मनुस्मृति स्त्री की सुरक्षा के बारे में क्या कहती है मनुस्मृति 8 अध्याय 323 श्लोक लिखा है कि महिलाओं का अपहरण या चोरी करता है उसके लिए बहुत कठोर सजा यहाँ तक कि मृत्युदंड का नियम बताया गया है खासकर महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को सबसे ज्यादा महत्व दिया गया है! मगर उन लोगों को यह प्रमाण दिखाना चाहिए जो लोगों को मनुस्मृति स्त्री विरोधी लगती है !  भारतीय कानून, यानी भारतीय संविधान और उससे जुड़े दंड कानूनों के अनुसार यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी लड़की का अपहरण करता है तो उसे अपराध की गंभीरता के आधार पर कुछ वर्षों की सज़ा (कारावास) दी जाती है सज़ा की अवधि मामले की परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करती है वहीं मनुस्मृति के अनुसार स्त्री का अपहरण एक अत्यंत गंभीर अपराध माना गया है और इसके लिए मृत्युदंड (प्राणदंड) का विधान बताया गया है इसमें इस अपराध के लिए किसी अन्य दंड का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है। अगली पोस्ट मेरी संविधान पर आएगी प्रमाण के साथ ●▬▬▬▬🌼🌸🌼▬▬▬▬     𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗡👉 @Dharama_talks
