This is because they can be informed about their special fields from the comfort of their homes at any time of the day. In comparison, commuting to various libraries in order to find a particular book requires time and effort, which could otherwise be spent on more important projects. Another reason why digital books are becoming more popular is their affordability. E-books are cheaper than printed books because they do not require paper, printing, or transportation costs.In addition, many websites provide free access to a wide range of books, especially classics and educational materials.This is particularly beneficial for students and low-income readers who may not be able to afford physical copies.As a result, digital reading makes knowledge more accessible to a larger number of people. On the other hand, I believe that printed books still have irreplaceable value. Firstly, they provide better concentration and enable deeper reading. This is because readers are not distracted by notifications, advertisements, or other online interruptions when using physical books. As a result, they can focus more effectively on the content and understand it at a deeper level. Moreover, printed books offer several health benefits. Reading from screens for extended periods can lead to eye strain, headaches, and fatigue due to constant exposure to blue light. In contrast, physical books are easier on the eyes and allow readers to engage in longer reading sessions without discomfort. This makes printed books a healthier option, especially for individuals who spend a significant amount of time studying or reading. In conclusion, although reading e-books may be advantageous in certain situations, I still maintain that traditional books offer significant benefits, such as better health outcomes and a more immersive reading experience.
